HiLo Glider

Cable Systems

Add high and low cable training to your rack, rig, or wall-mounted setup — without giving up half the room to a standalone cable machine.

Use it to add an entire cable-training layer to your setup — expanding what you can train, how you can load movements, and how much use you get from the same space.

What is it?

A cable system built around your upright

The HiLo system uses a plate-loaded glider carriage with high and low swivel pulleys to add cable resistance to a rack, rig, or dedicated column.

Instead of adding a full commercial cable tower, you can add cable training to the structure you already use — or choose a HiLo Column when you want a dedicated wall-mounted station.

Three Ways

to use it

1. HiLo Glider attachment

For compatible Superset racks and rigs.

Best for customers who already have a Flo Squat Rack, Wo Rig, Max Power Rack, or compatible Superset upright system.

2. HiLo Column

A fixed wall-mounted column with the HiLo Glider included.

Best when you want a permanent cable setup without needing a full rack.

3. Folding HiLo Column

A folding wall-mounted column with the HiLo Glider included.

Best for small rooms, home studios, therapy spaces, and garages where floor space matters.

The HiLo system adds high and low cable training to a rack, rig, or dedicated wall-mounted column — giving you more movement options from the same training space.

HiLo Column

The HiLo Column includes the HiLo Glider on a fixed wall-mounted column — giving you a dedicated high-low cable station without needing a full commercial machine.

Folding HiLo Column

This option includes the HiLo Glider on a dedicated wall-mounted column that can fold away when not in use — useful for home gyms, studios, and compact training spaces.

HLG on the Flo Squat Rack

Mounted to the Flo Squat Rack, the HiLo Glider adds cable training to a compact wall-mounted rack setup — without changing the rack’s core function.

HLG on a Commercial Rig

On a commercial rig, the HiLo Glider adds cable training to an existing upright, expanding the versatility of a gym without adding a large separate machine.

One Upright

More movement options

More than cable exercises.
More ways to load movement.

The HiLo system gives you a high and low cable station from one upright. By changing the accessory, body position, and distance from the unit, you can create a wide range of training variations without needing a full selectorised machine.

Use it for upper-body pulling, arms, shoulders, hip work, hamstring work, assisted lower-body progressions, core training, loaded mobility, rehab-style control, and end-range strength.

It takes the useful parts of cable training and puts them into a compact, plate-loaded format.

More angles. More progressions.
More use from the same space.

What Others

in RSA had to say

Add Accessories

Build the system

The HiLo gives you the high and low cable points. The accessories help you turn those cable points into more exercises, better positions, and more useful variations.

Pair it with cable handles, lat bars, row handles, our Glute-Ham Roller, benches, Racksmith fitments, platforms, and slant wedges to expand what you can do from the same setup.

The cable provides the resistance. The accessories add the grip options, support, positions, and angles that make the station far more versatile.

More than a cable point — a system you can build around.

Racksmith Attachment

The Racksmith Pad Fitment gives you the leg support needed for lat pulldowns on the HiLo Glider — especially when paired with the Fat Lat Bar. It is one more way to turn your rack or column into a more complete training setup.

Arcline | Glute Ham Roller

A rolling platform for hamstring, glute, and core work. Use it on its own for curls, rollouts, and knee-tuck variations — or connect it to the HiLo system to assist, resist, or guide movement through range.

Fat Lat Bar

A wide and fat grip cable bar for pulldowns, rows, and upper-back work on the HiLo Glider.

38mm diameter grip

Row Handle - Wide Grip

A wide cable handle for rows, pulldowns, and upper-back work — giving you a broader grip option on the HiLo Glider.

Roller Handles

Cable handles in 32 mm, 48 mm,
and 76 mm grip sizes — giving you
different grip demands, and
pulling options on the HiLo Glider.

Tib Bar

Use the Tib Bar for tibialis raises and lower-leg work — or pair the bottom pulley with a platform or slant wedges to create a seated calf-raise style setup on the HiLo Glider.
