The HiLo Glider transforms your Superset rack into a cable system – without the cost or footprint of a standalone machine.  This attachments-system mounts directly to the upright of the Flo Squat Rack, Wo Rig, Max Power Rack, our commercial rigs, and even single columns (fixed or fold-up).

    Switch between high and low pulley exercises in seconds by unclipping or re-clipping the carabiner.

Train Everything

The HiLo Glider turns a single rack upright into a full-body cable station. Pair it with your choice of cable attachments (lat bar, rope, handles, etc.) to unlock a wide range of movements:

  • Back – lat pull-downs (with Racksmith + lat bar), seated or single-arm rows, face pulls, pullovers

  • Shoulders – lateral raises, front raises, upright rows

  • Arms – bicep curls, hammer curls, tricep pushdowns, overhead extensions

  • Core & Rotation – cable crunches, woodchoppers, twists, Pallof presses, internal/external rotations

  • Lower Body – glute kickbacks, pull-throughs, step-ups, split squats, calf raises, deadlifts, reverse sled pulls
