Description
The Racksmith is a modular rack attachment system designed to expand what your rack can do. Built around an adjustable arm with 9 angle positions, it accepts interchangeable fitments that open up a wide range of exercise options without needing multiple standalone machines.
The accessory attaches to the support column of your rack and uses magnetic pins to secure the arm angle and connect the fitments. That makes it quick to adjust, easy to reconfigure, and practical for real training.
Platform Fitment
The Platform fitment creates a stable built-in surface for lower-body and unilateral work. It is ideal for exercises such as step-ups, lunges, split squats, calf raises, and Poliquin steps.
Pad Fitment
The Pad fitment anchors the body so that exercises requiring a fixed point of support become possible. It is well suited to Nordic curls, sit-ups, GHD sit-ups, back extensions, and hip extensions. When combined with the HiLo Glider attachments and a pulldown bar such as the Fat Lat Bar, it also opens up exercises such as lat pulldowns and assisted Nordic curls.
Tilt Fitment
The Tilt fitment adds an angled upholstered support surface and has 11 adjustment angles of its own, working alongside the Racksmith arm’s 9 angle positions. This opens up exercises such as seal rows, rear delt flyes, preacher curls, chest press, chest flies, hip thrusts, Bulgarian split squats, IYTs, Cuban rotations, concentration curls, back-supported dumbbell curls, elevated pigeons, and loaded stretched positions for the hamstrings and adductors.
The Racksmith is rated to 175kg and is compatible with the Flo Squat Rack, Wo Rig, Hilo Column, Max Power Rack, and Multi Rigs. For freestanding racks such as the Max Power Rack, fastening the rack down is recommended.
