Warranty

This Limited Warranty pertains to physical goods and exclusively to those acquired from Superset.

Scope of Coverage: This Limited Warranty encompasses structural steel material and weld integrity under standard usage within the Warranty Period. Superset commits to repairing or replacing, at no cost, any products or components found to be defective due to improper material or workmanship, provided they are subject to regular use and maintenance. This warranty is applicable solely to the original purchaser and does not extend to products purchased in used, demo, or second-hand condition.

Remedying Issues: Superset will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the product, employing new or refurbished replacement parts, at no expense.

Duration of Coverage: The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Superset spans a lifetime from the purchase date. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or provides 1 year of coverage from the date of replacement or repair, whichever duration is longer.

Exclusions from Warranty: This Limited Warranty does not extend to problems resulting from:

• • Conditions, malfunctions, or damage unrelated to defects in material or workmanship.
  • Components classified as “wear parts” or “consumable” parts by the company.
  • Surface coatings like plating, painting, or powder coating.
