Refunds and Returns

We trust that you are satisfied with your Superset purchase. However, if you find yourself not entirely content with your acquisition for any reason, you have the option to return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Kindly refer to the details below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

All standard products eligible for return must be postmarked within thirty (10) days of the purchase date. Ensure that all returned items are in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at admin@getsuperset.co.za to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have the RMA number, securely place the item in its original packaging and send your return to the following address:

Please be aware that you are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable method for shipping. Note that original shipping costs are non-refundable upon product returns.

Refunds

Upon receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your return or exchange. Only the original item price will be refunded; shipping costs paid on the item will not be refunded. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item for the processing of your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed.

For defective or damaged products, please reach out to us at admin@getsuperset.co.za to arrange a refund or exchange.

Custom Orders

Custom orders encompass any order containing products not available for free purchase as standard items on our website at the time of order placement. This includes color customization for website products that may be considered standard items. Customized products/items are deemed FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Custom orders may be canceled before shipment with a restocking fee applied, as outlined below:

• Twenty (20%) percent of the item(s) total cost if canceled before design/renderings issuance (if applicable).

• Fifty (50%) percent of the item(s) total cost if canceled before material procurement/manufacturing.

• One hundred (100%) percent of the item(s) total cost if canceled before shipment.

Please Note: Sale items and custom items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
