Description
Landmine Attachment
The Superset Landmine Attachment adds angled barbell training to compatible Superset racks and rigs.
It allows an Olympic barbell to pivot from a fixed point, giving you more ways to press, row, squat, hinge, rotate, and train through controlled ranges. Because the bar moves on an arc, landmine exercises can feel more guided than free barbell work while still allowing strong, full-body loading.
Use it for landmine presses, rows, rotational work, split squats, RDL variations, squat variations, core exercises, and accessory strength work.
The attachment fits onto compatible Superset racks and rigs and is designed to hold the bar securely while allowing smooth movement during training.
